Junior division is for players in 5th and 6th grade.
All players are required to participate in the assessment process for team placement. If you are unable to attend assessments but still wish to participate in the season, your player will be assessed at the Junior National level. 

Players will be divided into three divisions based on skill level:
*National - Developing or rec level skills 
*American - Intermediate skills
*Federal - Advanced skills 

All players will be provided with a practice jersey, league issued hat, Hawks home jersey and Nelson away jersey. (Fitting will be held at assessments)
Additional costs to parents include:
*Pants, socks and belt (color and style will be communicated by the coach after team selection)
*Tournament fees

Each team has the opportunity to qualify for the county tournament at the end of regular season play. The tournament hosts will be determined by the county once the season begins. Please note, the county tournament will be a Friday-Sunday with games starting as early as 9am. The Junior county tournament is currently scheduled to be held July 12-14th for National and American levels. Junior Fed county tournament will be held July 19-21.
